Women's Community Sauna

Service Description

Slow down with some heat, chill, repeat in a setting of the senses connected with other women. A joyful, powerful, yet grounding women's sauna session at our home base. You get 90 minutes of shared access to the sauna, relaxing area in nature and beautifully curated experience. You're invited to flow through at your own pace - listening to your body to what you need. Heat, chill, repeat. This is the epitome of traditional Finnish sauna - bringing community together, with beautiful heat and loyly (steam), connected to the outdoors, relaxing into a sense of wellbeing. Joy, softening, and togetherness. A sauna guide is on site, to give you the low down and answer any questions you may have. Water, tea, and essential oils are provided. What you need to bring: A towel or two, bath robe/blanket, sandals/slippers, and water bottle/hydration.
